Víctor Polay Campos (born April 6, 1951) is one of the founders of the Túpac Amaru Revolutionary Movement, a Peruvian guerrilla organization that fought in the internal conflict in Peru. He is currently imprisoned in Callao Naval Base with Abimael Guzmán and Vladimiro Montesinos.
Polay was the son of Victor Polay-Risco, who was the founder of Peruvian Aprista Party. Polay-Risco was of half-Chinese heritage; his father, Po Leysen was a Chinese coolie who arrived and sent to work in Trujilo to work in the sugarcane plantations.
